There is a 5 Nights/ 6 Days program. In this program, you will get to learn daily Vinyasa flow. We have also introduced some of the secret practices of Yoga that truly transform lives, for example, Yoga Nidra, working with Chakras, Ayurveda, and discussing Yogic Philosophy. 

We discuss issues such as healthy eating habits and food, daily routines that promote inner calm, communication patterns that encourage love and understanding, and psychological attitudes that promote self-healing.

Yoga Teacher Training in Bali:

To get certified as a yoga instructor, a person must finish a program called Yoga Teacher Training. There are various degrees and types of yoga teacher training, and most people choose a curriculum based on the style of yoga they want to learn more about and eventually teach. You will also get to learn how to promote yourself as a yoga teacher, business aspects of yoga, etc. Moreover, our 200 hour yoga teacher training course is RYS 200 and Yoga Alliance certified which means you are getting a certificate that is recognized worldwide.
